Customer service Long story short, working for this brand was the worst decision I have ever made. You would assume working for someone so "high profile" would amount in a higher caliber for the individuals they hire to run their corporate office however, All but one supervisor working for Monique Lhuillier had the staffs interest at heart. I can honestly say racism stands behind the ML brand and is showcased within the two main women they hired to run the companies daily operations . Tom and Monique do not have their employees while being in mind, after various complaints from staff (and lawsuits) they continue to allow employees to be treated with disrespect. The turn around rate at the company is INSANE!
