Cool clients & projects but really bad management creating a poor work environment. Beyond the cool clients and potential to work on some exciting projects there are not many pros to working for CSE. There are a long list of cons including: - bad management - bad communication from the top down - management shows clear bias towards some employees. Who you know, what you look like and your sex can greatly effect your potential to succeed. - there is no clear growth plan for employees - no standard pay structure. Pay can also be influenced by who you know and if you are a man or a woman. - communication and collaboration between departments is difficult. Account teams often treat other departments with little respect. - company morale is low
