Complete Joke The founder is holding the organization hostage. It is known for providing an excellent service to nonprofits, yet he doesn't care about that product at all, and actually speaks about it in a degrading way, which demotivates everyone. He has a dream for some big movement led by Idealist/ him but he doesn't listen to anyone, hasn't led the organization through any proper process to launch it and as a result it's been years of embarrassment after embarrassment. This is not an environment where open conversation or dissent are allowed - they say it is, but it's the opposite. He laid off a lot of staff and closed one of two offices on a last minute whim. Truly a shame and a waste of talent, money, and vision.
