Company going downhill There is a lot of favoritism and back stabbing, even from leadership. Not at all working on systems to be more connected as a company as a whole. Lost opportunities in favoring certain office locations. Lost opportunities to better connect every office and what they specialize in, so that other offices can offer services. Poor HR department and favoritisms in that department as well.
