Commercial Account Manager Management/ owners are out for themselves - they joke behind closed doors about how they want to get all the older employees out because they know how well Tolman and Wiker used to treat / pay their employees ( I personally was told this by an owner my first week there and it horrified me) I was constantly asked by one of the owners I worked for to keep his unprofessional digs at all the employees around me under "a cone of trust" meaning you better not tell HR what I am saying and this also terrified me as an employee - my direct supervisor was also at this lunch and let him say this to me. I lost trust for all management including HR bc of these actions. There is no where to go for help here - there is no one who will actually listen to you, HR sees vocal people as a problem. This was the worst employment situation in my 20 years in insurance.
