Cliquey and unprofessional Within about a month of working at Azalea, the entire sales organization was going through a restructure. It made getting adjusted to the work life there difficult since as soon as I was settled in, things changed. It?s also a very cliquey environment, so if your manager doesn?t take to you as well as others you feel left out in an unprofessional environment. I also felt as though there was very little structure and organization to the training process and management should definitely work on that. In addition, the interview process made things a little misleading in regards to the job description. They made it seem as though endless leads were pouring in and that definitely was not the case. It made days very slow and hard to reach goals. Overall, not a good work environment.
