Chaos The LA office is really struggling. We are seeing a lot of restructure and are moving to a smaller location. Very high turnover. Only 3 employees have been with the company for more than 2 years. There is no training or formal structure. New hires are expected to sink or swim. Not a great environmentfor a first job. We do not have HR in office which makes it hard for employees to feel safe reporting things. Serious upper management problems. Zero transparency into what is going on within the company as a whole.
