CEO and COO are bad humans. All of the downside of working for a small company and none of the upside. The owners are cynical, cruel, petty, selfish and small. An anecdote: The CEO has a pet name for a woman founded education services consultancy. He refers to the company Traveling Coaches as 'Traveling Crotches'. My greatest regret from working here is recommending it to respected colleagues. Thankfully they've all escaped this armpit of a company.
