Can be a great place to work for some Senior leadership is a mixed bag. Some are kind and hardworking, others not so much. - in Evanston instead of downtown, can be inconvenient unless you live in the northern burbs. - can be Very cliquey and hard to get to know people who worked here a long time. - Nepotism is pretty bad here. If you know someone in Senior leadership your way more likely to get hired. - Lack of diversity. - when I left morale seemed down compared to how it was when I started.
