CalComm The organization here is ABYSMAL. Senior employees are rude and hoard work (new employees are left with very little to do), extreme amounts of nepotism, high staff turnover, etc. Property Managers act like they know everything and get upset if you question them. They are also treated to lunch frequently while the rest of the staff is never treated. No annual bonus (other than $50 on your anniversary date)
