Big agency with some big problems LONG hours. Every single day. No early days. No happy hours. This is as close to a 'sweat shop' setting as I've ever been in. Company events and gatherings, are very rare and lackluster from both management and employees. No investment in modernizing. My team were all using 10+ year old computers in cramped work spaces. Bad communication from leadership on a regular basis. Wasted hours on projects, without correct creative direction. They only have one HR person, and she has a giant 'TRUMP' sticker on the wall directly behind her desk. Pretty obscene, considering this is the first office most new employees experience in the building
