Bad management can ruin a company faster than anything else Micromanaging by managers who are out of their depth. No true leadership, no one who communicates our goals as a team and can manage the work and the people - because there is no team anymore. Disorganized confusion with almost all new management (2 years old or so) asking anyone to do anything and everything regardless of actual job description or skills even. Managers are all over the place, like they can do anything in any department. The focus seems to be on surface appearances, not what we really need to run this business.
