Bad decision from the start. The owners are never around to handle anything so big decisions are made by a select few who have been with the company longest, which isn't long, being it's a fairly new company. They hire young so most of their employees this is their first job out of college and are taken advantage of. The owners say they want your opinion on ways to improve but DO NOT give it to them. They will twist what you say and use it against you. Turnover is also very high because they do not know how to hire the correct people for the job and do not clarify all details of the job beforehand. The Health Insurance plan is expensive, little PTO, and next to no federal holidays off.
