Bad Boss and No Concern for medical equipment urgency for dialysis Customer service has a horrible boss. She is constantly pushing people out the door with her passive aggressive approach to managing. She imposes so many double standards in the work environment that don't apply to her it creates a suffocating work space to be in. Such as do not speak with coworkers, every! Unless its a question pertaining to work, but then has people constantly in her office just using the gift of gab to chat it up! The company is positive quarters/figures driven only. You are a cog to push through as many sales/orders as possible and openly lie to customer about lead time/availability on medical equipment that is necessary for dialysis patients! They claim to be there to "protect the vulnerable" (their motto) but only care about numbers.
