Avoid Working Here - False Promises The CEO looks at the employees here as if he owns them. He's not customer focused and clearly has one goal in mind - make as much money for himself as possible, at the expense of everyone else. It's a very small company so there's unfortunately no way to avoid him. I've heard that so many people have left the company because of him, and I'm actively looking for another opportunity because I don't feel comfortable working for him. There's absolutely zero trust.
