Avoid this place An owner who is hotheaded and frequently jumps over the heads of his HR department and floor supervisors causing disruption on the line. If he doesn't like you or get on his bad side will find a way to let you go. Like something that was proven otherwise by video recording. 4-5 bosses make it confusing. Always add overtime and make mandatory. Any concerns about workplace culture, new hires , or anything that you ask a question about gets treated like negativity. You can't tell this place things that help , when you do they don't implement them. Total horrible place to work. No air conditioning, manual physical labor. You show loyalty to this place , they turn it into slavery.
