Avoid this place! Like most charter schools, there is a very high turnover so there is NO job security here. Working hard and doing your job does not mean that you will have a job for the next year. Also, administration is not professional at all. Teachers were picked on and cussed at for no reason. Their communication skills were not very good either. If they had a problem with something you were doing they would not tell you. The students were treated poorly at times as well. I overheard a principal tell a student with already low confidence that they weren't very smart. If you are looking for a new position, keep searching because there are tons of other good schools in the area. Don't let this place ruin you!
