Avoid this place at all costs. Nepotism. Unclear expectations for middle management. Zero accountability. Everybody is on edge because the owners are loose cannons. There is a strange dichotomy here. Some people have been here 20+ yrs. The rest are all less than 5 yrs with the company. It's like they don't know how to blend new employees into the family so the gap between old and new employees just grows wider.
