Leaders make promises that don't care to follow through on. Heads of firm largely semi-retired and looking to squeeze as much money out before departing in full. Best days behind. Losing revenue-generating partners and litigation (and maybe RE) only thriving departments. Once Patty retires, firm will lose most of its revenue. Very low morale among support staff and lots of turnover. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
