Avoid at all costs. 1-this company claims that they are one of three in the business, when in reality, there are tons of companies that do defeasance work. 2-you will learn zero new skills. The ?CEO? gave his first and only long term employee a promotion and he is now the head of the office. There is no learning, and no real work. The excel formulas they use are years old and doesn?t take anything more than high school computer skills to do. 3-there is no HR, Compliance, or really any formal department. There is no on -boarding and certainly nothing that resembles anything you would do for any other company?even McDonald?s. You will be asked to sign a 4 year non compete which is laughably unenforceable and would be crushed in court. 4-the pay is incredibly low for the people they want to hire. 5-they have a file with a schedule for their administrative assistant, which they don?t have, to post Glassdoor reviews that talk the company up. Don?t believe me? Just check out the other reviews. 6-the varying rates and way they treat and deal with their clients should shock anyone that comes from a respectable firm. Never have I seen a company get caught on email billing one rate and then accidentally tell the analyst to bill another when the client is on the email. 7-this firm is one of two that operates out of the space, and is simply another one of a portfolio of family owned companies of a wealthy family out of the East Coast.
