Avoid at all Costs! Bullying is rife, particularly in R&D. Leadership is non-existant, as is Anika?s pipeline, and a culture of employee intimidation is allowed to fester without action. Leaders set out to demean, bully, and eventually manage out employees that exert independent thought; virtually anyone that can seek employment elsewhere usually chooses to do so. The Executive Team are either completely clueless or completely detached from reality. Based on my experience, probably both. Do not work here if you want to be bullied on a daily basis by someone with a Vice President Title. Mentorship, coaching, or even civility, is not something this Management Team subscribes to.
