Avoid at all cost, toxic place to work Terrible management. They don't care about you as a person or an engineer. Expect to be talked down to and ridiculed if you make a mistake. It's true you can't ask the "geotechnical supervisor" questions because this will upset him greatly and will lead to you being fired. Management thinks that yelling at engineers is an acceptable practice for teaching and correcting . The CEO of the company is very unprofessional. He often talks negatively about other employees which puts you in an awkward and uncomfortable position
