All the potential in the world being waisted by bad management The problem with GOOD is that the management has NO value for their talent. They treat people like disposable commodities, and fire people under the veil of 'oh, we're restructuring', all the time. Just this year they have gone through 3 restructures of the company - letting go talent left and right. Due to the constant cycling through of talent - projects often fall behind, they hire unqualified 'friends', and expect the few talented people they do keep on to do the work of everyone they let go. Additionally, the management sell out all the time - relying on the sponsored content model to create revenue, instead of traditional ad sales. This means they are creating content that is paid for by big corporations and presented as 'journalism'. In my opinion, that walks a very fine ethical line.
