Abusive work environment and leadership team Transparent staff communication is not a priority. All white, male executive leadership with limited foresight and racist mindsets. Meaningless job titles with no clear understanding of how promotions are awarded except through nepotism. Lacking effort toward diversity and exclusivity. Start up culture. This was easily one of the most toxic companies I've ever worked for.
