A promising company let down by its local management and Accenture's desire to check a box The few pros are pre Accenture acquisition. Those who should have been positioned for success have been quietly leaving since the acquisition in late 2018, due to total lack of management involvement - which is being generous, as management seems content to be totally checked out and depend upon their more caring and, frankly, more skilled subordinates. Most regional office management is, at best, unqualified for their position, and at worst actively hold back their employees who would be - and have been, as they continue to leave - more successful elsewhere. The cliquishness of the various offices prevents cross-regional success as they scramble to meet revenue targets they have no idea how to reach - despite that being one of the main reasons for their hiring. Any potential momentum in a positive direction to address these issues evaporated due to the Accenture acquisition. Understaffed regional teams are given little to work with, and as the exodus continues, positions are being offshored to Accenture resources which are not capable of achieving even the most basic levels of client support. People with no experience are assigned to clients as they have hours available to be billed.
