A Lesson Learned.. To begin, I was lured in with promising opportunity and the ability to ?run my own office a year from now? along with a lot of other ?promises? unkept and key info left out until I was already in too far. Scroll up or down 2 reviews on Cydcor and you?ll read the exact same thing I experienced. Not being compensated for gas, being only commission based with a probability of a sale you Earned to get could get cancelled by the customer and you not actually get paid out. The big highlight is how much money you can make right now and when you get to ?ownership.? What they leave out is the fact that we work 6 days a week, 12 hour days, and pushing 60hr work weeks literally broke me down. There?s owners who I know were not making the amount of money promised and were actually doing the same work each day out in the ?field? that entry level reps would be doing their first day on top of management responsibilities they have to tend to. Getting out of the field (door to door) was the motivation to get to ownership, but that seems to be fabricated as well. My mental health was severely damaged by this company. I had no social life. I started to dig into a depressive state and decided I need to leave. Thankfully, it was a great decision for myself.
