A Disappointing End to a company with promise Constantly changing product focus. A failure to hire the right sales people. The management has some integrity problems as well. Letting go 85% of the staff on no notice with no severance over a pre-recorded webinar was a little classless, regardless of the VC funding situation. If things ever turn around then talented individuals will be reticent to join an organization that treated employees with such careless disregard. Perhaps the CEO/CFO in charge had no choice than to layoff most everyone, but it could have been handled much better.
