A depressing working place to be in shows favouritism to certain employees talk down to employees and members on their team taunts growth oppurtunities and will give you every excuse to not give you a raise. if you are wanting a raise they will inform you to work more hours. which is understandable, but to see a difference in pay you have to work a painful amount of overtime. Company admires blind loyalty without being honest to employees. Cuts around the bush when having important issues or conflicts and deflects instead of addressing the issue.
