People first is lies they feed you No organization, micromanagement all around. Once they don't want you there anymore they will hire someone to "help" you then fire you once the new person knows enough. There are no meetings to discuss performance so you're always guessing and they fire people so often for no reason (that anyone else can see because it's clearly not based on performance) that it makes other workers think they will get fired at any time.
