Not A Good Place To Work As a Professional The company operates in a rather unprofessional manner. Long term employees get stuck in positions with no growth potential, while newer employees get fast-tracked up to management without real qualifications. If you can get into the "club" with managers though, you don't need to know what you're doing. Complaints and concerns about coworkers go unheeded and unresolved. The pay is abysmal, and when that point was raised in a recent business meeting it was quickly brushed aside without a care in the world. So, if you don't know what you're doing, then this is a good place for you, but if you want to build a real career, I'd recommend steering clear.
