BEWARE: They will build you up and then fire you. They invest in the wrong people. The pay is not competitive. When I worked there, I was forced into an unhealthy work environment that caused a lot of stress and tension because of my direct report, so I did what I thought I should. I spoke with HR and the CEO of the company on multiple occasions. I asked for my desk to be moved and the opportunity to work from home a few times during the week because the environment was so horrible. I wasn?t ready to give up my job because at the time I enjoyed it. In all of the chaos that was cause by the unhealthy work environment, they let me go because they said I didn?t ?embody the culture? that they were building and I was ?unprofessional? however I tried on multiple occasions to have mature conversations about the extent of the situation. It was affecting the functionality of the marketing department which funneled over into the business all together and I was genuinely worried about it.
