Allied Nationwide Security Worst pay by a couple of dollars per hour I ever got as a Security Guard. All supervisors and managers are middle eastern and I am not, so I see no possibility of advancement. There has never been any offer of any benefits, so I am on government aid even though I worked full time. Even though a client notifies Allied Nationwide a month in advance of the need for a security guard, they call me to be at the site only fifteen minutes before. I was in bed asleep, and the site was fourteen miles away in Los Angeles traffic, so the supervisor was irritated I was late. This has happened several times to me and my co-workers. It's not like an emergency rover situation, Allied is just lazy and does not bother to schedule when they know they need to. They just call someone at the last minute. The client complains to me about Allied's inability to schedule. It is also the first job that I ever had where you do not get any holiday pay.
