Good Product, Terrible Management Management. The Executive Leadership Team lacks focus, culpability, and sincerity. They communicate terribly to the point of being dysfunctional. For a company that is supposed to be cutting-edge and innovative, they take a very long time to make decisions and lack the steadfastness to see them through to the end, changing their minds and contradicting one another often. They've not had a new product in years.
