Bad Experience Really unprofessional management. Essentially offers you the job without telling you that it's a trial period. They keep track of the mistakes you make without telling you or giving advice on how to improve and will decide whether or not to keep you after a month or so. You'll most likely be fired if you make even a few mistakes. The manager would fire employees over text on the day of their shift. They will also still want you to come in to work even if you're sick which just isn't sanitary. Overall, a bad and insensitive work environment.
