Poor experience. Just a job to gain experience but definitely not a place to make it your future career. HDQ senior management has no idea what goes on at local stations. HDQ does not return emails or calls to staff. Salary structure vs job expectations are way off. Front line employees are required to pay for uniform every month regardless if you ask for new uniform or not. HR has no idea what to say about PTO. Rules change per day and right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Everyone from HDQ down to station level has poor communication and everyone is on a different page.
