Horrible company This is a temporary company and yet they take forever to pay you. Every temporary company I have ever worked for pays weekly; not this company. Nevertheless, you have weekly deadlines to have worked turned in but they have no weekly deadline to pay you. Furthermore, before your weekly deadline you are being asked if your work is completed early. However, they will not even supply a simple thing like a hard copy of the training manual. You have to pay for that yourself or utilize the electronic version. In a word: CHEAP! They are very disorganized as other reviewers have stated and are not willing to "invest" in training for even 1 day before the project starts. Again CHEAP! I do agree they will chew you up and spit you out. You are blamed when mistakes are made even through you have asked for information, you have asked for the training manual, and you have made the effort to ask questions. There is no teamwork period. The lack of cooperation and having to feel like you are pulling teeth so you can get the assignment right is unreal. Also there is incompetent on site supervision by individuals who want to make themselves look good at your expense. Workplace bullying and mobbing at its finest. In addition, to non-stop lying. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is just not worth the headache and the stress.
