How is this company still in business?! Management style that is consistent with an abusive father. Play in the "boys club" and you will do just fine. Otherwise there is no room for growth. A company that wants to content with the other agencies in the digital space but can't seem to let go of their start up mentality. To retain great talent you must have a competitive package (salary, benefits, time-off and great work). When you are hired you are told you will be doing a specific role, even have that role's title, but the reality is you will wear MANY hats that you will never have to wear outside of TVGla. You do this while earning a non-competitive salary.
