Believe the negative reviews overall environment is very negative and catty- as set forth by staff members who have been with the company longterm, senior management and the owners. -- Although all employees are salary- ownership still asks for all employees to clock in/out for the day- including lunch but does not follow California state employment laws which make employees eligible for overtime when working past 8 hour work day. -- Senior leadership is left beholden to the owners who constantly bicker and can not make a unified decision. Since ownership has insisted on having the last word on day today workload (although they are not in the office 40% of the time) - there is then no accountability for missed deadlines, outrageous cost of production and last minute updates made in design choices. --Owner will always make promises and commitments to factory owners which global supply team is then left to chase and apologize for when commitments can not be met. -- Additionally - many vendors are left unpaid and global sourcing team is left to try and maintain relationships (as can be accounted for at the beginning of 2020 and during Covid). Overall- there is shady shady business practices being done. The math does not add up on the business side in regards to margins, profit and actual product being delivered to customers.
