Worst job I've had. So ironic given the wonderful mission! Upper management is hands-off or aloof. Middle management was completely unforgiving of any mistakes and were verbally abusive. I was chastised for small mistakes that managers were making every day. One of my managers spoke about her personal life all the time and hardly seemed to work. I was deeply disappointed by this job and saddened that it did not work out.
