You don?t want to work here This place is a total mess. Nothing, and I mean nothing, can get done on time. If you end up working here be prepared for projects to be delivered to you sometimes months late but still keep the same due dates. Very talented and hard working people came up with very reasonable processes to get us on track. All were ignored. When trying to change things for the better be prepared to be met with statements like ?if you don?t like it maybe you should work somewhere else? coming directly from director level people. No department functions in any sustainable way and everyone is absolutely miserable. Becca has potential but I truly have not worked in a creative environment that?s been worse than Becca. It seems that every single higher-up needs to have their opinions heard for any creative deliverable. That campaign you were excited about? Well be prepared to get it late, work on it feverishly, be told it has to get done by a certain date so you stay late day after day all for the people who approve everything to blow you off completely despite setting up countless meetings for reviews. If you?re a sane person who wants to keep your sanity, stay away. This place is a nuclear waste dump of toxicity.
