Worked with Saicon full time. The company contracts people to other jobs. The problem is that the company has horrible employee service. They do not know the minimum of HR. The moved all of their HR overseas and it is difficult to communicate with them. It is difficult to discuss leave, raises or changes in benefits. Furthermore, the benefits are not good at all and very expensive. If you just want a paycheck and nothing more from your company, it is perfect.
