Don't Let The Awards Fool You Recently too much micro-management. Bragging about awards to get you in the door, once there pushes you to do extra above and beyond the job you were hired to do to make certain people look good, back stabbing from the top. Turn-over of staff never was a problem before but has increased rapidly due to the inability of certain leaders in top positions. Use to be good but now ran by greedy management. Pay is far less than market so management can get paid much better then staff that preform the work. Contract work, will place you in hostile environments and not take care of you, more concerned about keeping contracts than taking care of their employees. Will brag about all the awards they won to get you in the door where after time you will realize that the awards are primarily a self added exaggeration of the real truth behind how the award was actually earned.
