A Complete Mess - Doesn't Know What They Are Doing executive management has no idea how to run a due diligence company -cyber security is seriously lacking - that's a BIG deal in this line of work! -lack of proper resources to do a good job -all about sales and not about the actual product we produce -this is not a startup! it has been around for 7 or so years - plenty of time to figure out how this should work... and yet it feels like the company just started a few months ago -people leaving left and right (as they should!) -lots of money being wasted -Board of Directors has no idea what they are doing and like executive management, they dole out cliche "inspirational" sound bites they read somewhere on LinkedIn so they can feel important and tell themselves that any success this company sees is all thanks to them.
