TERRIBLE Management Horrible leadership in Sally Bao the COO. Tyrant demeanor, rude and disrespectful. Ownership is nice (Tim) but Lela has a big ego and is moody. No open door policy and they micromanage and try to intimidate and scare employees. Not a good place for you to work if you're not Chinese.
