Tough Place for Women Finances seem really poorly managed, as the company spends a gross amount of money on yachts in Cannes but then lays off entire teams to afford it. The CEO is a predator to female employees, so we all have to be on our guard at office events where alcohol is involved. And the company has been sued for paying men significantly more than women for the same job/tenure/experience. If you look at the executive team you will see that women are in the extreme minority.
