Culture of Fear is Palpable Toxic environment I wished I'd listened to the advice of others before taking the position. The senior leaders create a climate of fear and seem to enjoy demeaning people. The worst company culture I've ever experienced. Turnover is constant and gossip is rampant. Nobody except those who have the skill of being two-faced and smiling through the abuse last very long; longterm employees complain to each other nonstop. You would think the work itself would be interesting, but it?s a lot of busy work. HARD PASS! Just read the other reviews!
