Monotonous Work, Little Pay, Little Growth Radd definitely takes advantage of kids fresh out of college desperate for office jobs, claiming that the office is a "family" so people feel enticed to stay. After you learn the rope of seo there is little room for growth. Doing well/being a good writer is not appreciated; management only cares that you are doing all of your updates, even if they are mediocre. The internship seemed to drag on for wayyy too many months--I felt competent around month 3 but was expected to keep the same low number of clients and stare at the walls when I was done with my 15 updates for the day. Was rarely given praise because they did not want to make other interns feel bad; they insist on treating everyone the same & not rewarding talent/hardwork
