Save Yourself I've never worked with more under-qualified and uneducated people in my entire professional career. HR aimlessly scrolls through Linkedin with no understanding of each team's unique needs, and brings on new hires who don't even fit the mold of the basic job description. From the poor hiring and onboarding, to the non-existent training for new employees, HR has set this company up for failure. This is a hostile work environment, where no one take ownership of their work or responsibility for their actions. The entire company is constantly pointing fingers at each other. There is no sense of community here, even on your own team. Job stability is slim to none. Spontaneous, non-performance based lay offs are monthly, and spearheaded by the corrupt upper management. After bragging about a PPP grant that would protect the jobs of all Tastemade employees, the CEO laid off ~130 people (contract and full time) on a company-wide Zoom meeting, only offering those affected 2 weeks of severance pay.
