It's not worth it. Run fast. Run far. Don't look back. Horrific work-life balance. Expect to work nights and some weekends and to have requests for time off questioned and/or "forgotten." -Very corporate/bureaucratic culture. -Get all salary/benefits information in writing and read all documentation very carefully before signing. When I worked there, all employees were required either to stay with the company a year or reimburse the company several thousand dollars for a mandatory ISO training, and to sign a very broad noncompete agreement good for five years. We were promised benefits/raises a few times that came late or not at all. - Owner can be verbally abusive and insulting.
