Management has favorites and they will treat you based on their preference. While everyone is educated, everyone acts like a teenager. Only a third of the professionals actually care for their students. its a mess. Youre expected to go above and beyond and perform at an advanced level, if you do not meet those needs management will come after you. There is no career development and you are hired to fail.
